Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change, and we aim to accommodate our clients as much as possible. To ensure fairness and efficiency, please note our cancellation and rescheduling policy: More than 72 hours in advance: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 72 hours before the scheduled time, no fees will be charged. Between 72 and 24 hours: For cancellations or rescheduling requests made between 72 and 24 hours prior to the appointment, 25% of the total hours scheduled will be charged. Less than 24 hours: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment, 80% of the total hours booked will be charged.
